well, i seem to be having a lot of trouble getting my leadershaping done. For those of you who do not know what leadershaping is…its YFC’s training program for first and second year staff. It involves a lot of writing and reading and stuff of the sort. For me personally i find it incredibly slow going and tough, others might say they love it, but…well, anyway’s, i am actually supposed to be doing it right now, so i am going to head out.
